There are four layout options just below the icon size settings. There you can select extra large, large, medium and small icon options. Then click the View button on the new Explorer command bar to bring up the menu shown directly below. To change the size of the icons, click the button on the File Explorer taskbar. You can also select different layouts to view the contents of the folders. Those view options allow you to choose different icon sizes for the folders and files displayed in Explorer.
